This component is a bit unusual for a translation project. It has an "above" and a "below" string, which should be used as needed by your language. That can mean either only "above", only "below", or both. In the cases of only "above" or only "below", then the other string should be left blank. Because on Weblate an empty translation can't be approved, a space can be added as a placeholder. Spaces will be striped so they won't affect the layout.
