Instructions for translators	Aim to make your translation feel native - and not a word for word match with the English. There is no need to translate changelogs - typically users only see the latest and that will never be available for translation. It's OK to move HTML colors to the part of the sentence where it highlights the same meaning (for those few strings where colors exist). Be careful about the very few formatting strings. You can leave the out if you don't feel the original needs changing. If there are any questions just ping @spacecowboy
