Hello,

seems like you just upgraded from the free version. If you had any contacts stored under "%s", you have to migrate them manually by exporting in a .vcf file from the free app version and importing here through the top menu.

Once you are satisfied with your setup in the Pro version, you can uninstall the old free one as you won't need it anymore, it will also prevent this dialog from showing up.
