During this rebase, we have temporarily switched the default branch to audacity-3.7-rebase, the rebase branch, as we will be working on that branch until we have met the criteria to merge it into main. You should now be able to update translations that previously were not possible to update. Among the strings that do remain read-only, they are no longer used in Tenacity and are expected to be removed at some point. Do not worry about these strings. a year ago

We are currently in the process of getting our Weblate project switched over to the new repo at https://codeberg.org/tenacityteam/tenacity, so while we don't accept new translations right now, we are working on allowing new translations again as soon as possible. On the other hand, Tenacity 1.3 alpha uses a different code base than prior, so translations will effectively be set back quite a bit ever since the project's first inception. We apologize for that convenience because it is tedious and takes quite a bit of work for us to otherwise cherry-pick or otherwise reuse translations from tenacity-legacy while ensuring all strings are covered. Overall, we hope to see your suggestions again soon, and we're moving as quick as we can. 2 years ago
